Refund Policy
Karefy believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated/completed the services.
Charges and Fees that you pay are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Karefy or required by the applicable laws. Under certain laws, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies for a failure in the provision of the Services.
Karefy does not accept cancellation requests after completion of Service. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the non-Quality services that will be verified by karefy Team.
- In case of receipt of Non Quality Services please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within the 2-Hr after completion of service.
- In case of any Refunds approved by Karefy, it’ll take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
